Mr. Kettner is a Certified Professional Logistician with over twenty two years of DoD experience as a project manager and systems engineer/analyst. He has advanced technical skills and a thorough knowledge and understanding of Space and Ballistic Missile Defense capabilities, technologies, and interoperability. He has developed hardware, models, and simulation tools to support detailed engineering and trade analyses, CONOPs development, architecture trades, exercises and wargames. Mr. Kettner has developed enterprise solutions for multi-national forces and large aerospace contractors. He has provided highly technical support to Air Force Space Command, the Missile Defense Agency, Space and Missile Systems Center, Space and Missile Defense Command, Multi-National Security Transition Command – Iraq, and other government agencies.
