Daniel Heimerdinger, Ph.D.

President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Heimerdinger has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He started as a researcher in Princeton’s Electric Propulsion Laboratory and graduated with his Ph.D. in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dan has held increasingly responsible corporate and government positions (as a special government employee to NASA).
Evelyn Vance, Ph.D.

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Vance has over 25 years of experience in the management, research, and development of aerospace and automotive systems. She started her career at MIT where she received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees. After two years of working for a US Navy laboratory, Evie went on to the University of Maryland where she received her Ph.D. in aerospace engineering. Evie specialized in the development of advanced neural network control of underwater and space robotic systems. Her expertise remains the physical modeling of complex control systems where she has managed the R&D programs for Sturman Industries, a leading innovator in high-technology engine component systems.
Shawn Hosp

Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hosp has over 20 years of experience in the development commercial and government software and hardware systems. He is Exostrategies’ lead for the development of all software products for internal corporate use and is responsible for ensuring that all customer-delivered software products meet the high expectations for service delivery. Prior to Exostrategies, Shawn worked for Sparta Inc. where he managed the development of enterprise architecture solutions for Air Force Space Command.
Roger Davey

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Davey is a senior financial executive with a strong background in both large Fortune 500 Companies and private enterprises. His experience covers several industries including significant exposure to government contracting. Roger holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics, and is a chartered accountant.
Tim Kiely

Vice President of Business Development

Mr. Kiely is a proven leader with over thirty year’s experience with diverse business, government, inter-agency, architecture, risk management and risk mitigation experience. He is a driven leader who constantly accepts new challenges and succeeds.
Dillon Beard

Vice President of Strategic Programs

Mr. Beard is an experienced Enterprise Architect, Program Manager and PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 11 years’ experience in the design and delivery of cost-effective, high- performance enterprise technology solutions in support of DoD, Interagency, Coalition, Special Operations, and commercial organizations. Dillon has worked as the US BICES Site Lead at NORAD USNOTHCOM, Senior systems architect for NORAD USNORTHCOM’s intelligence systems architectures & coalition systems, and Program Manager for the development of the Air Force’s #1 Modeling and Simulation AOC training tool (C2WSPTT).
Greg Hoyt

Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

Mr. Hoyt has over twenty years of experience in vulnerability evaluation and assessment, intelligence and network analysis, program management, operational and strategic planning, counter-narcotics, counter-terrorism, and homeland defense. He is a seasoned professional with a successful record for building, managing, and leading a multi-discipline team in joint operations and intelligence activities across the globe. Greg holds a Master’s degree in strategic intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
Lorie Davey

Vice President of Human Resources

Ms. Davey is a human resource professional with over 20 years of experience in human resource management. She received her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and various human resource organizations in Colorado.
