Daniel Heimerdinger, Ph.D.

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Heimerdinger has over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He started as a researcher in Princeton’s Electric Propulsion Laboratory and graduated with his Ph.D. in aeronautics and astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dan has held increasingly responsible corporate and government positions (as a special government employee to NASA).

Evelyn Vance, Ph.D.

President and Chief Engineer

Dr. Vance has over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and automotive fields, including expertise in research and development, product development, integrated decision support, enterprise architecture, risk management, and corporate management. She earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, specializing in neural network control of underwater and space robotic systems. Dr. Vance has worked as a researcher in academic institutions and laboratories, an analyst in a Federally-Funded Research and Development Center, a technology lead in a commercial product company, and as a program manager and officer in a government contracting professional services company.

Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Hosp has over 20 years of experience in the development commercial and government software and hardware systems. He is Exostrategies’ lead for the development of all software products for internal corporate use and is responsible for ensuring that all customer-delivered software products meet the high expectations for service delivery. Prior to Exostrategies, Shawn worked for Sparta Inc. where he managed the development of enterprise architecture solutions for Air Force Space Command.

Mr. Davey is a senior financial executive with a strong background in both large Fortune 500 Companies and private enterprises. His experience covers several industries including significant exposure to government contracting. Roger holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics, and is a chartered accountant.

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Hoyt has over twenty years of experience in vulnerability evaluation and assessment, intelligence and network analysis, program management, operational and strategic planning, counter-narcotics, counter-terrorism, and homeland defense. He is a seasoned professional with a successful record for building, managing, and leading a multi-discipline team in joint operations and intelligence activities across the globe. Greg holds a Master’s degree in strategic intelligence from the National Intelligence University.

Vice President of Marketing and Business Development

Mr. Kiely is a proven leader with over thirty five years of experience in business, government, inter-agency operations, intelligence community and senior level strategic planning. Mr. Kiely is a seasoned senior strategic leader with 27 years of military experience from the platoon level through the Office of the Secretary of Defense level and 8 years of program management, marketing, and business development experience . He is a National Security Management Fellow from Syracuse University, a United States Army War College graduate, a United States Army Command and General Staff College graduate, and holds a M.S.S., M.P.A., and B.A.

Ms. Davey is a human resource professional with over 20 years of experience in human resource management. She received her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute, and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and various human resource organizations in Colorado.
